A MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER
Andrew Cunha, President, Cunha Electric Corp
I am a first generation American-born citizen from a large Portuguese family. My parents are from the Azores, which are a collection of small islands off the coast of Portugal. They migrated here in the 80s to provide my family a better life. Growing up, they instilled a very hard work ethic into me through their strength, charisma, and perseverance. I enrolled into a vocational high school with a clear goal in mind: Electric. I graduated as an apprentice and worked my way towards my journeyman electrical license. At 22, I earned my Masters Degree in Electric and worked alongside some of the most talented individuals in the trade. I gained experience in commercial, residential, and industrial electrical concepts and eventually worked up the courage to open my own business. I founded Cunha Electric Corp in 2020 and never looked back.
In my free time, I enjoy fishing off the coasts of Massachusetts, spending time with my family and friends, and doing DIY projects around my home in Massachusetts. My passion for trades doesn’t stop after the work day ends.
With 10+ years of electrical experience, I’ve had the privilege of meeting many remarkable customers whom I consider family. I look forward to continuing to follow my passion alongside my supportive team and providing quality electric work to Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I hope to meet you soon!
